This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.cincymed.com. For questions about your shipment, contact us at sales@cincymed.com or call +1 (513) 837-2834.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
For quote-only orders, processing begins once a quote has been accepted and payment or purchase order terms have been confirmed.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories.
2.1 Free Shipping Options
The following free shipping services are available on eligible domestic orders:
- UPS Ground — estimated 3–5 business days
- USPS Ground Advantage — estimated 3–5 business days
2.2 Expedited Shipping Options
The following expedited services are available at calculated rates displayed at checkout:
- UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® (commercial addresses only)
- UPS 2nd Day Air®
- UPS 3 Day Select®
- UPS Next Day Air Saver®
- UPS Next Day Air®
- UPS Next Day Air® Early
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail Express
Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
3. International Shipping
CincyMed ships to select international destinations. Available carriers and services at checkout include:
- DHL Express Worldwide — calculated rates, supports prepaid duties
- FedEx International Connect Plus® — calculated rates
- USPS First Class Package International
- USPS Priority Mail Express International
- USPS Priority Mail International
International shipping rates, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless prepaid duties are selected at checkout. CincyMed is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Shipping Timelines
Estimated transit times begin once the order has shipped, not from the date the order was placed. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. CincyMed is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, high shipping volumes, customs holds, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account at www.cincymed.com/account.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Visibly damaged shipments: If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@cincymed.com with photos of the damage and packaging.
- Lost shipments: If your tracking information shows a shipment as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. CincyMed is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Address correction fees charged by carriers may be passed on to the customer.
